ONE CLUB, TWO SHOWS
Since 2003, we have hosted two car shows yearly. The Jim Bowie Car Show is always the last Saturday of March, starting off our car show season. The Chicken and Bread Days Car Show is always the first Saturday in October, ending our car show season.
In addition to our car shows, club members participate in events all over North Texas and surrounding communities. Look for our window stickers and feel free to ask us anything about our cars or club. Trust us, we don't bite.

JIM BOWIE CAR SHOW
From 10 am to 4 pm on the last Saturday in March, we kick off our auto show season by hosting the Jim Bowie Car Show at the Pelham Park, Bowie, Texas (behind the Rodeo Grounds/Community Center). All pre-registrants receive a free t-shirt along with a bag full of goodies. First 150 registrants receive a dash plaque. There is also a 50/50 drawing (must be present to win), silent auction, door prizes for registrants, and food trucks. Registration begins at 9 am and closes promptly at 11 am. Awards will be presented at 3 pm (if judging is complete).
Remember, we have 70 award categories (class winner & runner up in each), plus Best of Show, Best Paint, Best Interior, Best Engine, Furthest Traveled, & Largest Club, Food Trucks, door prizes, 50/50 Drawing and Raffle Drawings throughout the day.

In 2022, we hosted 239 cars and look forward to breaking that record IN 2023. Print a copy of the registration form and send it in. Pre-registration deadline is March 9th.

From 10 am to 4 pm, we end our car show season the first Saturday in October with the Chicken and Bread Days Car Show in Downtown Bowie, Texas. Just like our spring show, all car show pre-registrants receive a free t-shirt along with a bag full of goodies. First 125 registrants receive a dash plaque. There is also a 50/50 drawing (must be present to win), and door prizes for show registrants only. Registration begins at 9 am and closes promptly at 11 am. Awards will be presented at 3 pm (if judging is complete).
Our car show is held in conjunction with the Chicken and Bread Days Heritage Festival, in Downtown Bowie, Texas. Please Drive safely in and around the festival area. This is a fun day for the whole family. Vendor space is available at the Heritage Festival, but we (the Piston Heads) do not control that space, nor do we coordinate it. All coordination is
